Our P1/2 class performed a fantastic assembly this week, reminding us that's important not to boast, but to encourage others instead! Well done everyone! Our Postman paid a visit to the P2/3 room - the children learned all about the work he does and enjoyed seeing the equipment he needs every day! Even if it was a little bit big!
Mrs Davidson's class have been really busy bringing in gifts to fill shoeboxes for 'Operation Christmas Child'. Well done everyone, these gifts will help a child to have a happy Christmas this year!
Our Digital Leaders had a fantastic day at W5 where they met the staff of iTeach, who put them to the test with various tasks and activities on iPads. It was a brilliant day. The digital leaders were coding, designing, presenting and learning how to support kids and teachers in our school. They are really looking forward to trying out their new skills with our brand new drone!
The Threshing Demonstration and Steam Rally on Saturday 5th November was a great success, with crowds of people gathering to view the wide range of old-time machinery on display. A huge thanks to the organisers of this event from all of us at The Diamond - as all the proceeds raised were donated to the school. Have a look at the photo gallery of the event below.
